... and naturally, I want to incorporate things into our wedding that HE loves; not just steamroller things with my vision and preferences. Some of his loves (other than me and fiber optic lights) are beer, philosophy, religion, sleeping, teaching, and the New York Times. Oh, and Star Trek. There is no way Star Trek will be making an appearance at our wedding. But lets explore the way fiber optics can play a part in our wedding:
How cool would it be to use these as our departure wands? I'm serious! It would be amazing. And they sell them at Disney, so added bonus of feeling like a kid again! We can't do sparklers at our reception venue because one time a girl decided a homemade firework show would be a really great idea! Nobody likes fires at a vineyard. Would this be a totally lame idea, or kind of cool... or, like I said, totally lame? What on earth would I do with all of them once our wedding is over, assuming our guests didn't take them home?
