Now you have to lace them together. This part made me a little bit crazy because I wanted them to all be even. I basically lined everything up, stabbed an xacto knife through the stack and then made the holes bigger one by one. I don't have a picture of that, but here are some pictures of lacing the whole thing together

What the back should look like.

Once you get here, all you have to do is keep adding envelopes.

Once you have the back cover laced, you can add the envelopes one by one from the back of each one.
