They both look good, right? Jambalaya and vegetarian chili. They both totally gross me out, mostly. I like chili more than I like jambalaya, but for the most part, I'd prefer my food to not be all mixed together in one big...mess of stuff. The exception to that is Chipotle burritos. Those are some seriously good stuff. I feel like if all my foods are separated out, I'm eating more than if it were all mixed together; it's totally a mental thing, I know. But I digress.
So Mr. KM likes to cook things that get all mixed together. Whatever. The benefit of that is that in order to cook things that get all mixed together, they have to have some pretty good cookware- heavy, heat tolerant, iron... Some pretty good cookware like Le Creuset. Yeah... Mr. KM apparently likes to think long term, because in college he invested in these:

Not in those colors, of course, he bought them one at a time and crazy guy that he is, he bought them in all different colors. Fiesta! But we have them, and they'll last forever. I mean really, with those 4 things you can do pretty much anything you need to go, minus some roasting and baking pans that we'll register for cause I need new ones. That being said, anything else we should add to our registry in terms of cookware? I honestly probably bake/ roast/ sauté the most but I'm sure I can find uses for these enamel/ iron pieces of loveliness. What am I missing?
